The purpose of the job is to act as the principal electronics design engineer at R&D Department.

Main Responsibility:
' I2 K2 N" z7 Q( E1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer
/ k+ X; R& `4 k  @" I  F# T; X% l4 F2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou
. H7 U( s5 F% }2 I3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore
4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center
1 `& a) U: f  G  f1 Z5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines
7 N* G6 ^$ a/ M6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process
7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations
  w. _2 }) M) M7 K5 z# v( s8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services
9)Reporting to R&D Manager as agreed

Special Requirements:
/ M7 U% u6 j8 W: G1 H! ?3 u1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters).
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language.
3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset.
