5 d. T/ s2 U( {+ z電流式的偏壓會比電壓式的好嗎
可以提供小弟各位的做法嗎
或量測時如果用POWER SUPPLY外灌的
會比較好嗎

Usually the current type would be better since it will be more accurate. The simplest biasing type would just be a resistor and a diode. Sometimes you can use the so called PTAT current, which would give you some performance boost across temperature.

用哪種形式的偏壓並非絕對，要看你電路的特性，個人覺得佈局時距離的長短是判斷的依據，如果偏壓電路離電路距離長建議用電流式，相反的則用電壓式。

用電流型的偏壓較多些，使用時focus在ptat與ctat上
