QELL 無法產生

QCELL 都設定好  在目錄下有產生MOS的LAYOUT
  G, U# ^0 a  g7 O8 X! Y0 P但是在Create -> Device 無法使用
請問還有那裡要設定

你有看到Create->Device有變黑體字可以執行嗎？是沒有看到黑體字可執行，還是按下去沒有反應呢？

通常是前者吧？若是前者，請確認你有將軟體切換到VLE-turbo或VXL，VLE是不能執行Create->Device功能的。而且換的方法，就是在layout視窗，點選Tools->Layout Turbo或者Tools->Layout XL去切換。

Create->Device沒有變黑體字
切換到VLE-turbo或VXL
出現 To get Virtuoso XL connectivity you need to update your tochnology file
9 }. V1 M+ }: R請問我的QCELL的參數設定好 有存到tochnology file 裡面
還會有出現 update your tochnology file

tochnology file <<有分版本嗎  還是有其他的問題

你確定Qcell有install成功？請利用CIW->Tools->Technology File Manager->Qcell->cdsMos去看看有沒有你裝好的Qcell。

另外，請切到Layout Turbo就好，不要切VXL。看來你是tf library少了東西，導致切不過去VXL，切Turbo試看看。

我可以使用  鍵盤上 O 的功能

  Layout Turbo  是沒變法點選 白色的

CIW->Tools->Technology File Manager->Qcell->     <<<<<我是在這裡建 O 的功能與MOS的

設定好QCELL卻無法使用？
" `" S  W9 d& U3 T4 z是這樣的，QCELL必須是在Turbo 或是 VXL版本才能使用
1 E" q8 P7 w$ o& }; y+ W+ X5 K使用前必須要先在tf檔案作相關的設定。這部分你可以使用Tools→technology file manager→開啟了技術檔案管理員→edit rule→設定相關的資料
然後save tech library後→dump(存到硬碟成為ASCII FILE：*.tf)

然後可以LOAD tf檔後save tech library指向已經存在的Library 進行更新
& [  Z! b! w6 l5 Z) Y  u4 W$ m( y或是以新的tf檔案重新建立新的LIBRARY 就可以使用QCELL

QCELL可以建立MOS ,VIA CELL, guard ring
) X! V2 }2 ]# _輸入並設定相關資料後
使用方法：
/ ]% ]. ^9 I8 G3 T1 @9 t, {2 B- X  G在create→device→輸入width length finger等相關資料並且選擇共用模式，即可以建立MOS。兩個不同尺寸的MOS也可以設定對其方式。設定過程中若有啟用strectch 就可以對設定好的MOS 個別展延其大小。也可以使用instance 插入MOS元件，但是功能會不同
先選擇哪些元件要被guard ring，然後再選create→guardring→選擇 P type或是N type guard ring 回到佈局編輯視窗按下enter 即可以建立guard ring

應該是 license 的關係吧
guard ring 就是
