...選擇在類比IC領域苦撐熬功夫，也使得這個領域對人才需求始終殷切。

不過，現在狀況開始轉變，員工分紅配股不再如以往優厚，且股價受到不景氣回檔衝擊，反而使得過去苦撐的類比IC設計人才，變成具有不可替代性，人才有開始回流狀況，類比IC設計廠商具有手握高額現金實力，紛紛祭出搶市、搶人才的條件，除了年薪14個月、國內外員工旅遊與三節獎金等，各公司必備福利外，也有公司提供差異化條件。
