DRC 錯誤是說 Chip 四個角落 (corners) 45度角之外. 不可以有 layout 在上面.

一般说来corner我们还是自己加,如果你觉得自己去手动修改sealring比较麻烦,可以让foundry来加(但是如果有几个chip 合在一起,必须自己加,因为foundry只加最外围的一圈).

8 }2 u* Z5 N% D) d１楼的问题是你的drc command file配置和你的layout不匹配,或者你没有将corner加完备,只要你加了corner的加完备了应该不会报上述问题的.

可以請問一下大家, 為何要45度角, 有啥麼好處!!那劃直角會有啥麼問題嗎?
