要trace layout上的power line?

各位前輩,

7 y9 S- D' E+ M. L5 w) z8 S   我實驗室是使用.18um 1p3m的製程。 學長今天出了一道問題給我,
2 J$ o& l3 E' ]2 s' _要我寫一個command file去把layout裡的vdd全抓出來,方便他檢查
& k  m  F- Z+ ^& M我畫的layout,但在有轉層的地方,不要顯示via出來,只希望在執行完我
寫的command file後只會出現metal1、metal2及metal3。
# c. J: E6 L9 e, ]/ y3 B$ K% q   但我今天試了很久還是試不出來,不知道有無前輩們是否也寫過類似的
command file呢?希望能給小妹一點意見,或者有無相關data能參考...。
