如題   看PAPER的時候，看到這個字，不瞭解識什麼意思，麻煩幫我解答啦
附上原文：
In the second prototype, the error correction logic is integrated on the
& k  v% S- N9 Hchip, and the decimation ratio is increased to 1:31, from 1:13 of
the first prototype.

是不是相当于 取样的意思，从31个都差不多的里面取一个出来作为代表，那么那30个就可以丢掉了。
