, Z. Z1 a+ m( W$ \9 P8 sThe purpose of the job is to act as the principal electronics design engineer at R&D Department.

Main Responsibility:
1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer
2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou
3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore
/ C3 k- _+ J+ R: T' l4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center
5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines
+ D; Z/ x* q  Y' K! _9 S2 o* Q6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process
7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations

Special Requirements:
1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters).
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language.
3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset.
4)Possibility to travel to Efore headquarters in Finland for internal training is also assumed.
