LVS command的問題...

不好意思..我想請問一下LVS Filter Unused Option..
這個在LVS command裡面..主要功用是在做什麼的阿..
option有分很多種..AB AC AD AE......等等..當然還有很多..
7 i9 C5 x( m/ [4 I這些option目的是再把一些不必要考慮的MOS相關問題拿掉嗎..?
還是怎麼樣阿..?不知道有沒有人研究過這些..來著經驗分享阿..謝謝.. ..

常用的選項大概如下 :
+ r& q, W- X" v' c9 H$ AAB -- Filters MOS devices with source, drain, and gate pins tied together.
  ?: h0 U+ e. w, s+ ^2 ^7 B" B  mRB -- Filters resistors with POS or NEG pin floating.
1 x- A9 @6 e8 F) A( i. XRC -- Filters resistors with POS and NEG pins tied together
RE -- Filters capacitors with POS and NEG pins tied together.
RG -- Filters diodes with POS and NEG pins tied together.
