In virtuoso layout editor:

1) Design -> Plot -> Submit
4 h* ^' e& z+ V" F8 i2) Click on Plot Options at the bottom of the menu, w0 G( I( z B# H) p' v' o
3) Select Encapsulated PS in the Plotter name field8 P/ O1 d, g* A* P
4) Click on “Send plot only to file” and give a filename (e.g. plot.ps) then click on OK" z/ i3 j5 ]3 x1 D' y
5) You can use ghostview plot.ps to preview your printout/ e: N7 _6 F" |- f9 ?" S" s# J& z1 E
6) Download plot.ps via ftp back to your Windows environment or print directly from UNIX using the flowing instruction:6 M8 z- C. A1 ~3 D0 O9 f& E% [
lp -d printer_name plot.ps
