In virtuoso layout editor:

1) Design -> Plot -> Submit7 E* A& h9 d$ R, ?
2) Click on Plot Options at the bottom of the menu, ~* E- G& f9 {9 ?% m, K8 d
3) Select Encapsulated PS in the Plotter name field
& w: M8 O2 ?8 y9 E* T4) Click on “Send plot only to file” and give a filename (e.g. plot.ps) then click on OK' h% {* T1 b. r8 m2 p
5) You can use ghostview plot.ps to preview your printout
7 F1 F3 J+ T4 z M# F1 J6) Download plot.ps via ftp back to your Windows environment or print directly from UNIX using the flowing instruction:' K5 N8 M8 I1 n9 Y4 e. _ a
lp -d printer_name plot.ps
