In virtuoso layout editor:

2) Click on Plot Options at the bottom of the menu
' C5 Z& _) |& W% I, d3) Select Encapsulated PS in the Plotter name field
0 [$ p9 h2 B/ b) }, e4) Click on “Send plot only to file” and give a filename (e.g. plot.ps) then click on OK& a- Y8 z& n! z
5) You can use ghostview plot.ps to preview your printout# f# ~3 P' G! f! e, L$ I# y
6) Download plot.ps via ftp back to your Windows environment or print directly from UNIX using the flowing instruction:
/ x; \$ k, X3 ]0 [# e0 _9 S0 v lp -d printer_name plot.ps
