If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between/ O4 b' \. ~& h6 f, \! b4 \4 s
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
( z, I* v. V6 L1 U$ v9 hInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.) Y+ l8 i+ ^; ?% W
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.. U. Q3 o1 H' z% p0 D9 ]
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:' D- a0 J. v7 Y: y7 E2 n7 }
1. Open the viewer.: Q2 f: ~7 _6 @/ m' G
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
% w: r6 Y( g _5 m3 G. S3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…

5. Click Connect.
