Setting Up Communication With a Viewer- P; L$ I: y# f/ h$ ?
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
5 |/ E; L$ E0 M: ethe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre3 I9 p. V$ T1 i$ `
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.6 t3 Q- z" b" {! ?
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.+ i0 p* H" O' u) e4 W
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
1 D t$ n% q% R7 ~! ]) J- i1. Open the viewer.
O. a' C' C8 l; n+ J. I2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.4 A" O- h/ a2 s9 I
