Setting Up Communication With a Viewer( s3 o" |6 b8 M. K1 h0 _- w
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
: `9 @- Y2 ^+ I9 P6 d& Gthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
4 {& Z0 L0 M7 w: \$ E7 p0 [* P# QInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
( F. `* ^" r/ ?& K( d$ ZBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.1 Y6 {7 i8 c+ `1 T! Y) }- o; W0 N
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
! ]2 \% {8 Y& p3 T1. Open the viewer.$ {/ K! r1 s% H7 V
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
