Setting Up Communication With a Viewer' y# C1 b* s; t- _0 z/ p
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
3 ?0 @' p) n. c' n f9 m) F7 m5 Xthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
# m$ p$ s- e Y$ ?/ \/ |Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
4 C1 I9 e$ {( v0 [. U3 w6 Y7 bBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.. J- v! v4 F: e
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
