If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between- A) S7 \/ \3 D$ ?; z2 w
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre* [2 b, q+ z4 N% y: @
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets., K7 A2 z) F4 g2 Z
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.5 H, `% ^ ^: [0 V: ~0 p; A
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:+ _) Y8 L/ d, N
1. Open the viewer. j& B! u: d! n3 D) _
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.2 G$ |/ @! V5 |) }; N: J
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…- E" L- P0 w/ J, R. X1 z! C! p
4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
