Calibre遇到的問題

執行calibre時,出現了這個警告:

Could not connect to socket 9189 on host localhost

1: The viewer is not running, or
2: The viewer's server socket is not activated

請問有人遇過嗎?

那是因為你的layout tool的port不是使用9189
所以你無法將RVE的資料傳回layout
virtuoso:  Calibre---Setup---Socket-----Socket Number---->9189
laker:Verify---Calibre---Integrate with RVE---Server Port--->9189

試試在Calibre RVE視窗中: Setup---Layout Viewer-----LayoutViewer(選other(Virtuoso))**Laker要選這個
4 Q1 e- R/ d" G! y3 m                                                                                         ----IPC  settings--socket number-----9189

然後你可以試試點Connect是否會出現Success.

Setting Up Communication With a Viewer
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
; u6 q) H$ l5 I9 D) e) K. Ethe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
* X) h$ P, P/ e+ L0 xInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
) }( ]: S* q9 E0 t3 @: wBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
1. Open the viewer.
: m- ^, n3 l+ o2 G6 u' T2 j6 k2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
( r+ w! W" ^$ D7 v+ v4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
3 w4 F2 K/ C2 v3 B5 w7 p5. Click Connect.
$ r" i4 Z) ?2 U0 X% K6. Click OK. The figure shows setup of a layout viewer.
