Setting Up Communication With a Viewer

+ S# o* A+ }6 }: ]6 K; t9 T* [& F8 w8 vthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
; C, K9 e7 I% o; ^% H: W. }/ kInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
3 u* s7 G t0 @2 V! ~; A T. @By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.6 I# |1 G# q& M
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:0 c% ^; k p% h7 }
1. Open the viewer.
8 o8 z1 o# Q( T; m2 M2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.; o; s3 V9 O4 g; V/ K! L1 R' C4 a
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
