Setting Up Communication With a Viewer

: v0 B5 B7 t% b8 N! Vthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
f. V% _+ p$ p6 RInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets./ T- Z# d* l- i8 K4 ?+ y! H
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.- E, f# k2 T$ P8 i5 U
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:5 S+ L1 e- Z5 L4 }- B; K, M; T
1. Open the viewer.; n) D/ o& f' o: Y9 g
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.# j& x: ~* Q, ^& D( p" Z
