Setting Up Communication With a Viewer) J! y4 x! O0 K
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between8 P. U& b" R: g. v2 ^
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
! S& h9 T& ]( h) g* C; e2 D1 u( n, VInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
3 i) a: U0 ~0 C O0 GBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.

1. Open the viewer." l' Q3 ?7 d8 w
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
7 N4 A& `( y. b1 G9 p5 m$ u3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
