Setting Up Communication With a Viewer I8 V# o! h! Q( @% g; @4 @
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
B+ X# h/ U% [0 cthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre- C7 \" o# \! A0 p( v
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.& a7 D q+ Y0 i: y9 v" t; q+ }2 _) a
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
