Setting Up Communication With a Viewer2 O: i! D$ z( G) `0 K
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
) L: j$ `& A; |7 @0 F" Ythe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre" p) C( `7 h# O. {; O% E
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
4 J% h& s8 v5 g5 l! s( x1 qBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.

3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…5 |, l+ H+ a- H/ R$ e) _
4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.9 N# \# t* o, ]% r5 |" ]2 a$ J
5. Click Connect.
