Setting Up Communication With a Viewer: U4 w. t; J7 q
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between" ?; x% v& _4 U5 a4 n- U# @
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
, o; G F- T& N/ \. h! e* KInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.. L. y5 y3 m* ]6 H
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.! O+ ~+ Z; l0 R' @/ S# P! `; m
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

, E: P# z. R3 o! C) G* X+ B2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.0 ^" }4 i* Q1 P) [- G- k
5. Click Connect.
