Setting Up Communication With a Viewer5 R& B% C, q0 }! Q9 C/ a0 E+ x
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between* ] W; a& H; u: b4 l. h
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre" t! ]" E, Q" h
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
3 \" c+ G+ I' B" A: v& C1 t& fBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.2 P+ B* M" ]5 p" f, _
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer./ y0 J* M9 W7 O* ?% S
5. Click Connect.
