Setting Up Communication With a Viewer
$ B" E/ ` ]/ S4 JIf you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between

Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
7 H r, E0 M; pBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.4 P) J9 Q' s o6 e F
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:* t" b/ _' k. b0 s
1. Open the viewer./ ^; L- a1 n p( m7 |7 a& t3 N
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
& z9 M( [! C a3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…& @4 ^0 \( ~, m: `; S
4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
