If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between: X0 e/ b1 m( H0 b- H( t
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre" t3 d _7 k1 ~8 m( ?+ i
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.2 l/ ?) h# I* D- p# h
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic." y5 y' f: a4 w3 Y
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:# @1 b" F- ]3 e
1. Open the viewer.
0 V2 K/ e% \- o# v ]2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
* G6 _! J# Z4 n" [3 `3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
