Setting Up Communication With a Viewer
+ n2 D1 p, ?8 QIf you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
/ O3 X5 x0 @. x' W! r kthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre) P' f8 _. X# E S! i
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
' S0 s e4 `) p. I# ]By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.

1. Open the viewer.) V3 t$ \, y" k
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.6 B! ^6 B l' _% I, G7 O: v
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
