If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between4 o, W4 A0 l p, q, D4 z, A
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre. Z8 c7 w1 F& _' ~3 W" x
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
! e+ u& `9 W- g* t8 {By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.& I' u, ?- }" r3 R) F+ G! x X {
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
% O. {( ]/ {) @4 h+ z1. Open the viewer.
1 t7 `9 L" z7 p* Z2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
! j( b3 V E i3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
