Setting Up Communication With a Viewer4 b4 c- R. @0 q# b( Y
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
9 s7 j% \2 U4 I' g. nthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre5 x" ]. M- W- `* F' L
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.+ E: U- H* A, @5 `: N
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic." U6 z' q# i/ N
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
+ o5 v8 ~7 P4 e( e* k0 o) {# s$ r3 n1. Open the viewer.
& c. \; ]- s) [0 t$ R2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.5 @0 s8 c- i5 T$ F# W, M* o
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…

5. Click Connect.
