Setting Up Communication With a Viewer# t! n: d& s& K! b+ Y
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between0 s5 B+ j4 Z6 w e0 L
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre! \+ D* q8 \" I1 Y
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
3 [. J9 ^$ K; q* m3 d0 YBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.4 c- y1 _# h. @( R3 D
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened./ I( K/ v4 ?! }& Z' D& |5 i
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…: s3 B/ e0 J) C0 L
4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.- |: ]3 r- X: s( F" f
5. Click Connect.
