If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
. _2 r1 }+ ?5 o7 K/ g' J5 Dthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
- ?- ~6 P/ g+ E/ H) ~Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.) H# b9 ^" z. f0 ^' j% K
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
! {9 u! @) u5 w1 j" g' y, V% y' NYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:- `. n5 v4 u# r4 p
1. Open the viewer.
# m8 K0 p$ s# ?# e( h& K2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
. L) _( v& B9 d7 b8 p3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
