Setting Up Communication With a Viewer% o6 {0 Q m2 L' v1 G( i
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
7 H( a1 V3 H: b: a' ~- U5 r7 D3 s' @1 fthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre% n3 Q1 N" q/ D! [! F' ~
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.& b* A- n, L, W
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
& U/ ~) y* D* tYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

5. Click Connect.
