Setting Up Communication With a Viewer- C% P7 v+ T7 |4 k4 `# n
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between( u0 Y3 G4 i' ~! }+ `
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
$ I/ e; }5 j( h8 D! L! mInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
$ O. |6 \, n- i7 k x" {# i ^& K# sBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.& \' K) z8 p6 ]7 a4 n( f, g
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
% g" n+ U, k$ q, j) `1. Open the viewer.
0 Q/ m: }" {' A" @0 \2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.; n6 h5 E5 P. e1 z
