from their ideal positions. The deviation can either be leading or, w6 `( W @, [# K9 ~& P; B
lagging the ideal position. Jitter is usually specified in ± pico seconds. z+ _0 X% q3 q3 F' Z
Jitter measurements can be classified into three categories:$ e6 I& `3 ?4 Q1 f1 L' ~+ `5 x
cycle-to-cycle jitter, period jitter, and long-term jitter. All jitter measurements
8 M& Z5 Q2 O3 x$ t, z% q5 a3 Rare at a specified voltage, usually Vcc/2 or 1.5V.
