" b: P6 m5 A1 O7 F% \* d' `Drive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
, V6 `' C+ P# a& G; f1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory; # ~# y# v8 v; y+ O" l- X: ^6 m
2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams;
6 M9 i T- z/ ]* M6 c2 S: I2 Z% a9 t3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;1 e" W. h/ @1 c0 b% {4 D- r ^2 b
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; % n2 j& O1 c0 D* A) Y; D
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;8 ~4 D; B; f9 |- d4 i
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce;
3 D, e' M* ~7 {6 h I( V, H; G' t+ Z g* L7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication; - N, n. i# Y* i0 b
8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****;
k! X0 U+ j( c9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
' q N4 v/ \* H10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.

Requirements:
L& w- X1 J g( B ?: R {1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage;
, B' e% N$ h8 P% n: @1 x3 H2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
9 G& o! J& a+ Z) n& j3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven; 1 R+ f5 u+ j: V
4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; 8 j4 x1 J- `7 ^' G6 g( `/ A9 j( G
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
$ ?2 l6 D4 Z: V6 K6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding;
! x7 o8 Z6 B: D; J8 f( L7) Creativity and optimism;
