Responsibilities: $ r+ O. [; F% @$ J
Drive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region: . O4 S3 A P5 p$ S, J# Z$ j
1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory; " {$ u X* A1 Y t3 P
2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; " u5 J; q2 ?8 ~
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;
+ L5 I5 P& U& W j7 Y1 z4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; # o5 M3 q( y: P8 R( N
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;( g: D9 ~* q# U% A2 V; ]. r
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce;
: G; Z5 i H, w% ]1 o! |! e0 F5 k7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication;
. t) U( X. N; A; \( l' [0 `8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; + N0 f( u, @; E: x! l9 a
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
& e$ {# w7 W4 z. Y% |10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.! o3 c2 `/ I9 W( x; L+ [

Requirements: " }- n2 a2 t. d6 z2 Q
1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage;
2 l9 I0 T6 {) o* m5 @, ?4 `' |3 L' s2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
7 L; a8 Z& s! {* a% z# E& I3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven; - b& b; k5 @5 Q- [3 v, v2 @' e
4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units;
# m. j4 H& ^6 h; t) H+ a5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
- U+ {2 d, c( G( C6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding; ' W$ X0 R1 o5 y3 n- o, f- }
