The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value
! w% q9 F$ c! Mwhen I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK
2 [9 L# R" R, S& G. ]- ?" A5 j/ T7 C. k' K0 W7 E2 s" E8 i' @
I use tsmc13rf PDK.: }1 |1 V1 n9 W; G, J: r
When I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below:0 x; h1 Y% p/ W$ \# T( }
RR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1 v" h! y" w7 P/ H$ J+ E
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.3 K2 q8 b- }0 x f7 B0 [/ u
Why on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
3 L1 k9 R7 d0 ^+ s6 s3 u1 MWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification. 9 E3 l( z( U/ h: X" I8 K+ \/ \
I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.
7 C# a4 j8 G+ T( WI still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter.
, k6 A0 r! R5 g. HAnyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
