In virtuoso layout editor:

1) Design -> Plot -> Submit
6 G! M+ {# O' N: B! ]: R# M2) Click on Plot Options at the bottom of the menu
! D4 W) ]9 B6 e4 b3) Select Encapsulated PS in the Plotter name field
6 M. L! j& j4 G9 B& A4) Click on “Send plot only to file” and give a filename (e.g. plot.ps) then click on OK- I" ~+ F$ {1 X t+ o0 Y
5) You can use ghostview plot.ps to preview your printout, W) L! |% ? Z ?
6) Download plot.ps via ftp back to your Windows environment or print directly from UNIX using the flowing instruction:
+ c4 s1 P+ z2 q lp -d printer_name plot.ps
