In virtuoso layout editor:

2) Click on Plot Options at the bottom of the menu
3 Z; y, |: {' Q7 \2 ]3) Select Encapsulated PS in the Plotter name field
4 s( ?9 p$ A6 c6 {$ v/ y0 K! m+ b4) Click on “Send plot only to file” and give a filename (e.g. plot.ps) then click on OK; Z: f' L6 ?$ I% |; \9 y
5) You can use ghostview plot.ps to preview your printout
" t8 g0 K; `, |1 Z, l3 q: |, v6) Download plot.ps via ftp back to your Windows environment or print directly from UNIX using the flowing instruction:
