Setting Up Communication With a Viewer# F. Q2 A: i2 ^- F5 U
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between. Q2 q& ?: L J+ R
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
) _6 ^, J; h0 S1 I5 gInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.0 w/ |/ P c5 e c, T! _
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.% Y3 f2 S/ J7 F8 z
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:5 u# V2 `9 ]& X+ q' q
1. Open the viewer.
2 e( x( \2 T6 w+ f+ q* ?- ~3 n2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.) A' m+ e6 x; v Z4 z
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
