If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between3 G5 O6 x& Y8 r% ?
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre$ R1 l' Y4 E! u4 ]
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets." M. {4 e7 n+ m) ` m; z4 W4 `% N; k
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic. h* I! U' H5 N
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:9 c: g( k+ M( `1 K
1. Open the viewer.
7 O& z' c! n$ M+ `6 v1 s) h( e2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
* W% K3 P* _# q) a( w+ V* J3 ^4 c3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
