Setting Up Communication With a Viewer) r# \# I0 Q' X: Z5 P
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between& a3 A3 X- S' O, Z, ^! Y5 ^& D- T6 O
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre$ q1 a5 T+ F$ W f+ t* h
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
9 X. O; C6 f1 N. K4 VBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
2 g# A5 z: M. {3 }You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
) s8 |2 `8 K1 E1 e+ r1. Open the viewer.* I3 N+ V+ `& g; c
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
9 J7 M+ p* W* w4 m0 j3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
