Setting Up Communication With a Viewer
6 y+ v/ d0 u2 p2 ^If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between* I* q- A2 C6 X
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre& a- { t5 O+ Q5 S6 |) C
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets. k9 D+ [* M, V0 L2 J2 { \
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
# E6 X5 t: U7 a: T( B6 I$ QYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.; X3 V4 b4 [. g8 v0 T7 N
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
4 t. @3 g! A: J2 h0 ?% u4 G7 L4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
