Setting Up Communication With a Viewer; {# k8 ^ L! w0 {
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between4 y9 `# {1 q8 l5 Q5 _3 R; L
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
2 M. Z6 H! l# I) HInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
l6 ^5 Y$ C3 ?8 QBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
- q* k- S3 m; L1 B8 \You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
5 c$ L* O1 P; V1. Open the viewer.
) d5 K; D9 w ?2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
/ X3 x. f5 K( e9 o3 F5 l3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
