Setting Up Communication With a Viewer0 e; Q1 R& \( {# ^, J( K
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
. d' q. J# n1 V g6 d1 o/ }( Ithe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre! Z# P! k: E/ ^/ p
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
4 a, ]0 D T2 BBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
( P' s* ?4 J8 \1 m2 k3 |& ?You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
0 X" L1 S' b9 X4 P1. Open the viewer.
4 w8 C/ r: K( k7 D* D2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened./ `- Y% A T( b9 J4 J& u; a
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
