Setting Up Communication With a Viewer/ P. @( C& c9 R# \' l4 D
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between6 Z- v j. r4 F5 r$ [
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre& {( s. e5 i6 d5 ` T1 } b# V
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.0 |% u, ^3 V5 B/ C; E' U
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic." u1 ~% a. U$ b, _/ U
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
6 `' R8 J6 ?# k* o1 F1. Open the viewer.
4 r/ y! L7 \2 X& \/ v5 I2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
+ Y" V$ \4 v* t3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
