If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
J. L6 p4 I7 J, V2 _/ vthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre3 T" K! [$ t; z( s
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.& D# ^2 P! l5 ]/ Z
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.9 |! z) D Z; S9 c& g) w8 _" e
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:$ x2 ]7 R" [( n# G) U- \6 T1 t) Z% P
1. Open the viewer.1 b& k9 [0 t( o' @1 N
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
, @( U; M2 a, k' r% M3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
