Setting Up Communication With a Viewer! L9 `$ F I4 U1 C' t: E) W
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
" ^1 y0 Y( H u- J; n# l" Gthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre0 L- C z7 A6 K! f
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets./ b L4 ]% n2 T, k
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic./ ~1 H, k% v" A8 r. i T
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
0 V( q# I, C, l4 w3 J/ W: ?8 h1. Open the viewer.
; t# j$ g# F! h; ^: ^2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.1 ~ @$ }( D9 S" {. T, w
