Setting Up Communication With a Viewer+ s2 R$ Q9 P( J7 M1 M. \
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between) M) g2 G1 p3 [/ |( t
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre+ X( Q( n) H5 W" C
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
/ K4 r8 c' z9 J0 A: Y+ H3 \By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.9 w) [" `5 u; M. \' j2 W
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
, |3 T3 o& R' O5 Z! x" w4 o1. Open the viewer.
P$ ~, \5 B! L. w2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer., F# l6 [. S9 F4 o( \8 E, c( W, a" h
