Setting Up Communication With a Viewer* _- o1 Z" X; P
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
( [8 J5 z3 D1 Q& [- f: Z) K v0 p5 Mthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
' ]0 V' K: C+ I F( @' k7 OInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets., n3 p& W% S* d% F+ X& D
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.; P; _& F9 R' y9 g
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
; x. O0 }9 \1 c. ~' W! @1. Open the viewer.
% K6 o" S9 J$ g3 j4 ^2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
