Setting Up Communication With a Viewer$ X+ m$ B1 q$ U6 w) m
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
5 u, T1 q$ m/ e; y. n5 [' uthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
/ t2 ~0 g5 x% zInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.2 E$ z; l" u+ Y/ ]
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.. t4 W3 }4 F0 N! q* b* s8 v0 \0 Q5 d
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
; E, G1 t& n) U/ l: ~$ N1. Open the viewer.7 G5 f9 j! n% c! ]* R
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

5. Click Connect.
