Setting Up Communication With a Viewer$ V9 ?* b6 k* ^
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
. Z& I Y( Y" qthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
; i" ~$ O! g0 F+ _, K4 sInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.* I$ j" S4 |) b' I) [
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
( Q0 U H/ p0 b3 j- PYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:4 {7 ]- q0 t! z* E
1. Open the viewer.0 n/ |& x9 ^3 j$ O
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.5 N2 q2 A4 | l7 Z# D, A
5. Click Connect.
