Setting Up Communication With a Viewer; u( [+ H; E! B) B
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
* `: P; @1 ]5 L! Q4 nthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
- [( B3 f, g% qInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.6 h! m+ {0 j% f B4 C, d
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.

1. Open the viewer.# ]% g) b2 W/ k, ?
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
* M* H3 c9 b* X5 B e3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
