Setting Up Communication With a Viewer/ V2 }1 q1 g# O* f: M/ D
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between0 W1 Y$ z, m. e9 E S; W6 H
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre8 r/ [6 x6 `* a( a
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
0 T3 L8 L' j [5 LBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
' N, x9 L I! T' x" sYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:% @" P7 n: k! W: d4 J1 E, s
1. Open the viewer.
0 ^) j! \* d8 K/ c9 Z3 N$ k2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
6 K) i$ } o$ @: z! i# a3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…

5. Click Connect.
