Setting Up Communication With a Viewer% _4 T) i2 i( I1 v3 F/ I6 N% Z0 Q
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
- C/ F, Z0 [ X. ~% K. ` T, U& Fthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre! q. K% P- c9 ?3 {+ L8 ^" c
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets./ z' }. {7 L, _
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.; E1 I, a( Q N0 I% }
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
: n% p% X3 U3 u: O+ q) C1. Open the viewer.
6 Y1 t3 G. Z) q& t& E! _! |* G2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
