If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between/ A3 d4 b' N5 t5 W
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre! Y: L% i. s# a/ I& D2 \, t4 [, U
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.' f; D; Q7 g$ E; R
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.& @4 _ U( a( W( P! ?* u5 P
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:
5 p1 k. [& S) S1. Open the viewer.9 H* {6 s/ V9 T# ~% [/ [" r7 x
2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.% |# s: i' r( e/ x, L$ r
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
