Setting Up Communication With a Viewer0 [1 |: Q" v B' j
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between+ y3 E, p: i( d( h1 _
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre3 B& m4 A; G- o* @$ R0 U4 p2 y
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
" s3 e# n* N* @: c0 ~, WBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.* N5 |6 b1 y3 O# q, k
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:6 p# k( k8 e! @
1. Open the viewer.
: f L3 X, u+ }2 i l2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.+ u! G% f3 z0 B
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
