If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
) j" P! o8 a2 { Bthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
p5 ~- p: I* P! J8 tInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
z) O9 p5 `3 GBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
* o8 N/ L$ x' v: u5 xYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

6 h% s. N% u/ P* ^5 M# D/ j( t2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
