If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
' C# }( K" f. _! B* {2 W6 sthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
/ V6 j* e# ]; g; N4 X6 E0 dInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets." ]0 s' F2 ^9 N# C+ s: t8 t
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
