Setting Up Communication With a Viewer Q' x* \7 K, b
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between& ]( X1 I' L; {9 A/ i$ o- `+ k
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre) w- f/ z' ]4 B+ p6 k6 t& t. D5 ]
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.. F: N, r+ l: e: H4 m
By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.( D0 o y: P3 W C# Q
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.
