If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between h9 r$ j5 t9 ]& M( |! W
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre& Q8 w0 H2 q% _" D# c; G5 _
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
9 J* `; P! {! Z( f! Z) Z& q. y; UBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.. Q2 P. C8 u4 g5 l' ~+ m
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:* v* }: [* q* H0 Y8 G
1. Open the viewer.
3 [' K# k7 e! Z2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
, i5 F. N5 t$ O# b E3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
