Setting Up Communication With a Viewer6 s/ @( ?' Y8 @0 ]
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between( G3 s0 j! T# {% o" ^$ f* U& g
the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
3 n+ K6 d# ?+ }Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
$ `4 n+ A5 v$ ]& V: h$ _By default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.# ?* G/ q' r: i+ l
You can change the socket address used by following this procedure:/ G* U" b6 b& s* j# Q) |, ?
1. Open the viewer.
0 a, C9 \9 P7 m: s, o2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.

4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer.7 W' x% Q4 }' \( A1 J* M
