Setting Up Communication With a Viewer0 i# V& ~7 ?1 M$ |; I `8 r R
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
6 v* V$ \ L# t5 p5 `the two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre
4 `2 r0 h! u% {. CInteractive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
2 o0 l2 r$ b- ABy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
: P& u: ~5 J7 G; a) A) @' FYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.3 D" r- h4 A+ }
3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
) V, _9 T3 y: F& X0 X4. Enter the socket number that you activated in the viewer., F- m( f4 |" A7 o- M- z0 f
5. Click Connect.
