Setting Up Communication With a Viewer2 C1 k) |2 F5 ~7 z+ H2 F
If you invoke Calibre Interactive from a layout or schematic viewer, communication between
2 W) c8 C4 R, r* b* T9 Kthe two applications is set up automatically. If you open a viewer after invoking Calibre0 j# i, m) E& e
Interactive, you can set up communication between the two tools through IPC sockets.
! ]+ Y) D& `1 _, w/ Q" ]% L1 w1 c8 z& rBy default, Calibre seeks socket 8192, and if that socket is available, connection is automatic.
4 T$ X2 g5 O, B6 ZYou can change the socket address used by following this procedure:

2. Activate a socket following the instructions described in the user manual for the layout viewer you have opened.
2 S* g/ k- R' l+ |" b# h$ w+ m3. In Calibre Interactive, choose Setup > Layout Viewer…
