Chip-Package-System Convergence
One of the key design challenges for IC and system designers is how to mitigate noise induced system failure. Managing noise interaction among chip, package and board is a major design challenge, which is further exasperated by reduced margin driven by the need to lower total system cost.
In this presentation, different examples are used to demonstrate the importance of chip-package-system co-analysis for power, signal, and thermal integrities. Presentation will include a consistent design flow and methodology from early stage prototyping to final design sign-off and failure diagnosis and debugging.

Apache Product Overview
This presentation will provide an overview and update of Apache’s power and noise products for chip, package and board designs. It will include RedHawk platform for SoC design, Totem platform for analog and custom designs, Sentinel platform for chip-package-system co-analysis.
