各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
' I: z0 O; A( w1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
0 M0 U1 m# D& f: Y2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
7 t! D, g- B- R  G. P3 y3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5 u1 Y8 T) u  i6 }- M5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
" h) T2 p5 \0 e4 \5 F# I. c6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
