Per my experience ,Diodes + RC-Control , inverter and PowerClamp is better for out pad
, O1 R5 m3 C, N. I& nGenerally speaking ,the root cause of ESD failed is from below.

<ii>clamp NMOS's turn-on rate.

% S+ P/ U6 j- ]3 y$ sAs we know ,RC-control is to keep clamp NMOS off when IC is on normal operation.(us)

If adding inverter between RC and clamp NMOS,it will speed up clamp NMOS turned on.& n5 F' ^9 s* \3 _
