* ^0 J' s6 D( C, Q! g# M' @Responsibilities: 1. Execute daily work planning and work with limited supervision. 2. Manage calendars, prepare executive presentations. 3. Make travel arrangements and provide itineraries. 4. Reconcile expenses and process expense reports. 5. Manage confidential correspondence and business files. 6. Process purchase orders and check requests. 7. Set up conference calls, greet visitors. 8. Plan, schedule and provide support for meetings in-house and off-site. 9. Coordinate employee social events. 10. Provide backup support for other assistants when needed. 11. Create collaborative processes with other admin’s to optimize cross-unit functions.2 B& s" P$ k# ^, l

Requirements: 1. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize accordingly. 2. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work in a fast pace environment. 3. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. 4. BSEE required. 5. 7+ working experience. (Prefer to have the working experience with American company) 6. Good on communication as well as a good team player. 7. Good in English. 8. Be nimble |
