Unfortunately,most TWN companies are playing short cut game with narrow eye sight that suvive with only few % margin.

! o* L9 P/ ]+ E# M/ h4 b3 YThe industry is transit fast so you must move faster and build up your keen scence about sw programming and HW design skill.2 e; I- \# q( h' v! N( B

Do'nt forget in the near future there will be the engineers from cheaper cost zone than china to compete with you.8 i% W: ~- _& B8 U1 P3 F/ S3 O
