The purpose of the job is to act as the principal electronics design engineer at R&D Department.6 K( ^" P( b* A1 y) I7 b

1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer 0 B8 |& T8 z+ ?
2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou 4 K, M- T2 h7 i) \" g/ M3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore 0 `6 u# `# l; |+ s2 a! V0 k
4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center 9 D$ w3 [; b. z0 X2 N
5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines $ `! i9 c( \7 G9 J
6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process [. }4 {/ w$ h8 V" m3 h' ?
7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations . A5 s7 ^$ n; t+ B8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services ! _# f6 _$ ?& X5 H

Special Requirements: + K2 m/ }+ N+ v# _/ n1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters). ; c$ j- O( T& r& K
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language. , z+ o! v5 Y* `) y- v7 X& u3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset. ! t' j) E, t6 @- o: g0 i1 ?3 l
4)Possibility to travel to Efore headquarters in Finland for internal training is also assumed.
