而家裡用PC版(2007)的~~不知路徑如何設定~~直接放在.SP同個路徑嗎??

我有找到mm0355v.l的檔案~~副檔名就是l~~不知是不是??謝謝~~

不知道樓主所說的是使用hspice還是其他軟體？

就hspice而言，pc版的只要將製程檔和.sp檔放在同個資料夾裡，
( |* h% O! r! |9 g0 d; ~. E9 q
然後，.sp裡面記得加上.lib 'mm0355v.l' tt(或其他coner)，模擬的時候，自然就會抓到製程的model
