we want to know the different of the RMS jitter and phase noise: RMS jitter ,only a value ,but the phase noise has the different value in the different frequency point . why ?% _) P$ M4 W4 M; A& }

phase noise是要看频移位置的，在不同的频偏处有不同的值，有谐波的存在。1 k) s2 H* @, O C) ?& Z' X

but I want to know the relation of the rms jitter and phase noise. . h9 K& c* w8 d6 {one of paper said the rms jitter is the integral of the phase noise, but from which offset frequency?, O7 t! ?2 v2 n( H
and according to the test result, this relation is no true. why ?4 B3 N! t( M+ i) o3 @6 W! p
