這一部份，請你們的product engineer找製程廠過來直接了解比較快，因為這一部份製程廠會用它的經驗告訴你。除非你想要偷rule，否則不建議你修改這一部分的rule。因為它還會牽涉到ESD & latchup的能力。除非你們公司的PE有device的背景，那就可以參考他的意見！
