- Operations Owner/Leader of their product(s) – Prototype through End of Life / U' C; L* h. o/ f5 S/ J- Ensure all Operations Groups are fully engaged with new products. This includes manufacturing engineering, manufacturing test, factory management, logistics, materials, packaging, quality, finance and senior management : B+ a9 I' r; I, q5 [- Attend and Drive ECO meeting for their products : H- g8 ?( J6 J1 a5 M) _- Single Operations point of contact for Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing Partners (ODM/JDM) and Sales - o' w) T# v2 ?1 D( B, D) f- Provide communications; Customer Meetings, deep Dives, QBRs, and Launch planning with Customers& A% n8 e3 h3 Z0 A2 J% i
- Monitor & Track KEY Program Metrics: Product cost, Yields –MFG Process, Field Performance, and Forecasts vs Actuals / F0 v4 z! k( }) U4 Y+ g1 b( g! x- Operations Team meetings for New Products in Development: Host, Document, and assign action items. p2 n2 I% j: r0 F9 o
- Form Problem Action Teams as required to resolve specific issue + h! v" x6 u8 m s; T4 r- Generate and maintain operations planning documents for new programs 0 r1 l a. ]/ z' F u$ v7 y+ u-Work with Early Material Deployment (EMD) team during proto phase of products to ensure availability of critical pre-production units" E, Y" U; R5 L* q% l% v
- Generate & implement product launch & transition plans , j# e' Q4 X- [" SRequirements/Qualifications (Education), D0 P3 I5 I, B! C+ t5 y X
- Bachelor’s degree w/5 or more years work experience & M2 p8 v, W6 h8 g9 E- 5 or more years experience in NPI and/or production Project/Program Management. Proven ability to launch complex products in an outsourced environment 6 y1 k4 ^0 U8 F1 I; s: Q6 R9 X* v- 3-5 years work experience in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Test, Materials, Factory Management
