- MS or above in Electric / Electronic engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material science. 3 K) s5 |- b9 E8 p6 V8 v( ~- 10+ year hands on experience in assembly and bumping operation3 @( N4 m4 _4 l3 d/ G
- Oversea management experience on direct OSAT subcontractors and system level- d4 [* _1 h. a
customers 2 x9 X5 M4 K8 k, J3 ]- Self motivated with strong work ethics9 i! K+ b, C0 H* v5 n- E0 k+ }
