- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process , ?, G/ K4 @5 \! A( Bstandardization and improve site capabilities and capacities % k7 [' M/ G5 r+ h' j9 k3 t- Manage New Product Introduction to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for1 z6 H! N, J9 X( P6 \
mass production 5 S! X3 [0 D0 \- Support production in wafer sort and package test, test yield monitoring, customer return % j9 ~6 p" L% f! G; `3 Eanalysis and quality conformance2 x$ ?1 {5 F8 R: J: z& z+ e
- Assist other team members to resolve technical issues and perform site to site correlation! e+ r# w! ?; g3 r; N2 D) C3 H' h- N
Requirements/Qualifications (Education)6 j' j' l5 ?5 e7 C3 D) f
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science 4 Q, {2 f6 d$ A+ h/ X- 6+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and' f0 e+ R0 L$ p! |
socket, load-board, probe card knowledge # K4 I- B0 d$ N- Familiar with Verigy 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platform and programming skill0 x6 r% t/ j3 X. [
- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl " J/ F Z: V7 H- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Project management skill is a plus , [. M* l' U0 ] q+ A/ b6 b- Aggressive attitude and excellent communications skills in both Chinese and English
