Responsible for leading and managing FAE team in Taiwan. Organize FAE team to achieve Taiwan Sales biz goals. Provide coaching and feedback to conduct FAE in achieving performance and effectiveness on xxx’s product promotion, presentation, demonstration and technical support. Assists sales forces in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and is responsible for recognizing new business opportunities. Communicate with Business Units in US to work out the support plan to key projects with local FAE and BU SAE, as well as developers. Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system software, hardware and applications pre/post sale.) e& ^+ v e0 V/ h0 | R( A! B
Requirements/Qualifications (Education) / j, s( e- _/ ]! e- }+ Z& U- BS in EE or equivalent required, advanced degree, e.g. MBA/MS desirable+ u; b& j; n! @+ _9 p% B
- 12+ yrs design engineering experience and 5+ years management experience in Semiconductor, IC design, PC, Storage or Networking industry : {- `8 T0 ^7 q+ m: b5 n! \- In-depth technical knowledge of the storage, networking and PC markets as it pertains to the Taiwan customer base and xxx’s product lines & _0 k* f" V$ A- y7 d- i- Have good working relationships with the company’s key cus-tomers – Acer, Accton, 6 o4 E' c( h i3 Q4 y9 AAdvantech, Hon Hai (Foxconn), Quan-ta, Inventec, Mitac and Gigabyte, USI… and Dell, HP and IBM’s Taiwan Design Center ) ~+ Y) w' l! ]1 a- Strong communication skills, proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English2 f6 ]+ P' k9 c" J. ]3 {& E
- Good leader with strong leadership and can make good business decisions. It would be a plus to have experience in managing a team% Q9 `& k! N- |
