Usually the current type would be better since it will be more accurate. The simplest biasing type would just be a resistor and a diode. Sometimes you can use the so called PTAT current, which would give you some performance boost across temperature.作者: king6288tw 時間: 2010-1-2 02:07 PM
用哪種形式的偏壓並非絕對，要看你電路的特性，個人覺得佈局時距離的長短是判斷的依據，如果偏壓電路離電路距離長建議用電流式，相反的則用電壓式。作者: angelwin 時間: 2010-1-4 12:46 PM
用電流型的偏壓較多些，使用時focus在ptat與ctat上
