標題: 器件建模 [打印本頁] 作者: d6821_021362 時間: 2009-12-21 02:01 PM 標題: 器件建模 大家好， 1 D/ b% m' y% u8 v9 B* j2 d 最近一直在苦寻关于器件建模的知识，从网上找到得答案是方法有两种：1、将器件（半导体）的特征方程求出来（多半是拟合方法或数值解析），然后通过复杂的数学运算提取到器件的更重参数，以此来作为电路仿真需要修改的仿真参数.2、子电路建模的方法，一般是利用芯片的datasheet，然后列出网表进行仿真。注：此方法没看懂 : F+ e! x/ g7 g) @ 不知道这里的高手、大师们有没有做器件建模方面研究的呢，比如说multisim 或是cadence里有好多器件的模型，这些都是怎么来的呀？小弟最近要做一个传感器的模型，一时手足无措，希望各位赐教！先谢过了...作者: jesseyu 時間: 2009-12-22 04:14 PM
what kind of model do you want? For sensor, if it's only behavior model, you can just use Matlab (Simulink) to do that. In electronic world, there are only four elements: resistor, capacitor, inductor (hopefully in future there would be negative resistor). Four control sources: CCVS( current control voltage source), VCCS, VCVS, CCCC. Most models can be built based on these eight things.
