I can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs. 3 g8 _$ Y# s& K% n) x9 I' U( f+ bI still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter. 4 C* A: W) b+ ~, W6 uAnyone in the TSMC or others can explain why?
