標題: 11/12 美國1394 Trade Association相容性測試活動
美國1394 Trade Association將於11月12~16日假台北亞都麗緻飯店舉行相容性測試活動，由Fraunhofer IPMS、Quantum Parametrics、以及Microsoft共同組成測試小組，所有1394a或1394b產品廠商皆可參加測試。活動全程免費，欲參加之廠商可上網至http://www.1394ta.org/Events/candiworkshops/Q42007_CandIWorkshop.htm 登錄。活動聯絡：Mr. James Snider (Director of 1394 Trade Association)，jsnider@1394ta.org。

1394a and 1394b testing available
No fees for testing
Industrial Cameras following the IIDC standard are eligible to earn logos
Microsoft will be present to test 1394b products for compatibility with a pre-release 1394b stack

Details:
The 1394 Trade Association will host a Compliance and Interoperability Workshop in Taipei, Taiwan starting on November 12, 2007. All companies are invited to participate. You do not need to be a member of the 1394TA. There is no charge for this event. All products which pass will be eligible for the FireWire/i.LINK 1394 compliant logos.
We welcome products such as add-in cards, motherboards, computers, peripherals, A/V devices, etc. Also, industrial camera products which follow the IIDC standard are eligible to earn the logos at this event. The only products we can not test at this event are cables and connectors.
Products delivered to the 1394TA will be tested by our experienced test teams from Quantum Parametrics, Fraunhofer IPMS, Unibrain, and Microsoft. Microsoft will test 1394b products for compatibility with a pre-release 1394b stack. They will not offer certification.
